First Tracks Lodge, by Lodging Ovations, is a luxury condominium-style aparthotel offering ski-in/ski-out access at the base of Whistler Mountain in Whistler Creekside, just 0.1 km (0.1 mi) from the Creekside Gondola.
The lodge features 84 designer suites with luxurious interiors, including stone, slate, and glass accents, complemented by rich fabrics. Each air-conditioned suite is equipped with a modern kitchen (refrigerator, oven, stovetop), a gas fireplace, heated floors, a private balcony, and an in-suite washer and dryer. Entertainment is provided by cable TV, with some suites featuring DVD players, and complimentary wireless internet access. Bathrooms offer separate bathtubs and showers, jetted bathtubs, and complimentary toiletries.
Guests can enjoy a 4-season outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a steam room, and a fitness center. The lodge also provides a lobby library, ski storage, and BBQ facilities. For convenience, there's an on-site coffee shop and grocery delivery service.
Front desk services include concierge, express check-in/out, luggage storage, and safety deposit boxes. Complimentary newspapers are available in the lobby, along with dry cleaning/laundry services.
