Riffelalp Resort 2222m is a 5-star, family-friendly hotel located in Zermatt, offering ski-in/ski-out access directly within the ski, hiking, and biking region above Zermatt. It is situated near ski lifts and close to Zermatt-Furi Gondola, Matterhorn Glacier Ride, Klein Matterhorn Cable Car, and the Matterhorn.

The Spa 2'222m offers a comprehensive wellness experience, including an outdoor pool heated to 35°C, an indoor pool, a sun terrace, a selection of saunas, a steam room, a hot tub, and a solarium. Massages, body treatments, and other spa services can be booked. A fitness center is also available.
The resort provides a range of services including a 24-hour front desk with multilingual staff, concierge services, luggage storage, and a computer station.
