Guests can choose from spacious serviced apartments, including newly renovated One Bedroom Executive and Two Bedroom Executive Apartments, featuring upgraded kitchens, modern bathrooms, and refreshed interiors. Each apartment provides a full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer and stovetop, laundry facilities, a private furnished balcony, separate living and dining areas, and stylish furnishings. Standard amenities include air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, and complimentary wireless internet access. Rooms also feature 42-inch LCD televisions with cable programming, phones, laptop-compatible safes, and desks. Selected rooms offer linen service, blackout curtains, in-room video streaming, a mini-bar, and essential bathroom amenities like a hairdryer and toiletries. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the entire premises, with designated smoking zones available.

As part of an ongoing refurbishment program, 30 of the 50 apartments have been fully renovated, with further upgrades continuing. Renovation works are carefully scheduled to minimize disruption, with any noise restricted to weekdays between 12 PM and 5 PM.
