The Boutique Hotel Schwarzer Adler, dating from 1511 and run by the Ultsch family for five generations, was last completely renovated in 2020. It is centrally located in the heart of Innsbruck, approximately 300 meters (984 feet) or a 5-minute walk from the Old Town, Hofgarten Park, and Court Church. Many of Innsbruck's main attractions, including the Golden Roof, Hofburg, and Innsbruck State Theater, are within 0.5 km.
