The Purist Villas & Spa, a tranquil resort nestled behind a Balinese village, offers 7 private villas a short walk from Ubud's center, through scenic rice paddies. Ubud's cultural heart is nearby, with Ubud Market and Monkey Forest approximately 2 km away, Ubud Palace around 3 km, and the Ayung River about 5 km distant. Denpasar International Airport is roughly a 1-hour, 15-minute drive. Amenities include a 24-hour reception, safe, currency exchange, bar, restaurant, free Wi-Fi, room service (limited hours), laundry service, and an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. Each air-conditioned villa features a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, shower, bathtub, hairdryer, double or king-size bed, direct dial telephone, safe, kitchen with minibar and tea/coffee facilities, and a private terrace. Breakfast is served in the villas; lunch and dinner are available on request. A spa offers massages, body treatments, and facials. The sound of roosters from the neighboring village is also to be expected.
