Situated right on the seafront along the Lungomare del Poetto, it is just a few tens of meters from Poetto Beach and provides views from a terrace and garden. The property is also a short distance from the Devil’s Saddle promontory and the Regional Park of Molentargius, famous for its pink flamingos. A bus stop 20 meters away provides links to Cagliari's center, which is reachable in less than 15 minutes by car or bus.
