Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island is a contemporary waterfront resort located on Yas Bay, Abu Dhabi, offering direct access to the Yas Bay Promenade Waterfront. Situated in the entertainment district, the resort is just a few steps from Etihad Arena and approximately 8.6 km from Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH). Nearby attractions include Yas Public Beach (1.3 km), Yas Marina (1.7 km), Yas Marina Circuit (2.1 km), Yas Waterworld (3.7 km), Ferrari World (4 km), Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi (4.3 km), SeaWorld Yas Island Abu Dhabi, and Yas Mall (4.6 km). A golf course is located approximately 3 km away.

The resort features 545 individually furnished guestrooms, many offering bay or pool views, with selected rooms including balconies or floor-to-ceiling windows. Each room is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with satellite programming, a minibar (fee applies), an in-room safe, coffee-making facilities, a kettle, and a desk. Bathrooms feature separate bathtubs and showers, some with rainfall showerheads and bidets. Selected rooms also include hair dryers, toiletries, and bathrobes.

Dining options include multiple restaurants, such as Graphos Social Kitchen, a coffee shop/cafe, and a variety of bars and lounges, including a beach bar, Osmo Bar & Lounge, and Capila Bar & Grill.
