DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences is a 5-star Art Deco luxury hotel centrally located in Dubai. It is just steps from BurJuman Mall (0.2 km / 0.1 mi) and within a 5-minute drive of Dubai World Trade Centre (3.1 km). The hotel is also close to Dubai Creek (2.3 km / 1.4 mi) and Grand Mosque (2.2 km / 1.4 mi). Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approximately 7 km away.

The hotel features 458 air-conditioned rooms and residences, some with a balcony or terrace. Each room is equipped with a Select Comfort bed with down comforters and premium bedding, a minibar, LED/flat-screen television with satellite programming, a desk, wardrobe, and kettle. Complimentary wireless internet access is available in all rooms. Bathrooms include bathtubs or showers with rainfall showerheads, complimentary toiletries, and in some, a hairdryer and bathrobes.
