The Roseate Edinburgh

The Roseate Edinburgh is a recently awarded 5-star boutique hotel set over two Victorian townhouses, located on opposite sides of the road in Edinburgh's tranquil West End. Built in 1852, the property retains many original features, including open fireplaces.

The hotel offers 35 elegantly designed, luxurious rooms and suites, with 17 in the Roseate building and 18 in the Roseate House building. All rooms and suites prefixed with ‘House’ are located in The House Building. Each individually decorated room features handcrafted beds with Egyptian cotton bed linen, complimentary WiFi, Smart televisions with digital programming, and tea/coffee trays with homemade shortbread. En-suite bathrooms are equipped with designer toiletries and hair dryers. Suites may include special features such as four-poster beds, freestanding copper roll-top baths in the bedroom, or sweeping views over the Edinburgh cityscape.

Guests can enjoy garden views and a range of amenities including a 24-hour front desk, concierge services, wedding services, a reception hall, dry cleaning/laundry services, and multilingual staff. Self-parking is available, subject to charges.
