Offering a relaxing garden-like atmosphere, the hotel is approximately three miles from downtown and the University of Texas, and about 20 minutes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Guests are greeted with a warm DoubleTree cookie upon arrival.

The hotel features 350 guestrooms, each equipped with complimentary wired and wireless high-speed internet, flat-screen televisions with cable programming, refrigerators, MP3 docking stations, desks, coffee/tea makers, and phones with free local calls. Bathrooms include complimentary toiletries and hair dryers.

Guests can maintain their routine with a state-of-the-art fitness center, an outdoor pool (currently with reduced service), and a hot tub. Dining options include the Texture Food & Wine/Drink restaurant for lunch and dinner, a coffee shop/cafe, and a bar/lounge. A complimentary shuttle service operates within a 2-mile (3.2 km) radius, however, an airport shuttle is not available.
