Q1 Resort & Spa, Australia's tallest residential tower, offers luxury self-contained one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, centrally located in Gold Coast (Surfers Paradise). Each spacious apartment is designed with a beach lifestyle in mind, featuring modern decor, finishes of glass and granite, stainless steel appliances, and a frameless glass balcony enclosure. Apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, oven, stovetop, and microwave, along with laundry facilities. Guests will find air conditioning, complimentary wireless internet access, flat-screen televisions with cable/digital programming, safes, separate sitting areas, and phones with free local calls. Ensuite bathrooms come with a spa bath, hair dryer, toiletries, and bathrobes. Some accommodations offer private hot tubs or ocean views. The resort also features a Presidential Penthouse, occupying an entire level with a private swimming pool, two rooftop balconies, a sauna, and a private theater.

The property will undergo renovations to the front desk and lobby from November 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026 (completion date subject to change), with efforts to minimize noise and disturbance.
