All companions must be registered during check-in at an additional cost of $99,000 COP + VAT per person. Pre-registration is required for companions not present at check-in, and a valid form of identification (Colombian citizenship card or passport for foreign guests) must be provided. Failure to register companions will result in a non-refundable charge of $99 USD (or the COP equivalent) per person, per day. Guests must inform the front desk upon departure, or the additional fee will be applied for the remainder of the reservation.
