Umaid Bhawan Palace, one of India's last great palaces and among the world's largest private residences, is a magnificent golden yellow sandstone monument set amidst 26 acres of lush gardens. Completed in 1943 and showcasing a distinctive Art Deco style, it offers a unique experience where the current Maharaja of Jodhpur still resides.
Located in the heart of Jodhpur, the palace is just 1.4 km (0.9 mi) from Jodhpur (JDH) airport.
