Arrival Procedures:
6:00 PM – 2:00 AM: A security guard will welcome guests at the Palheiro Village entrance and escort them to their accommodation.
After 2:00 AM: Apartment/villa keys will be placed in a key box at the unit entrance. Guests' email or phone number should be provided in advance so the hotel can share unit location details.

Check-in:
Check-in starts from 3:00 PM.
Guests must present a valid ID and credit card upon arrival.
A security deposit agreement must be signed. The credit card will only be charged if damage is identified after inspection (within 48 hours after check-out).

Additional Charges:
Tourist tax and cleaning fee are payable at check-in.
