The hotel features 95 individually designed rooms and suites, many with balconies, offering sweeping lake and mountain vistas. Each accommodation is distinctively styled, and décor may vary. Guestrooms are equipped with amenities such as iPod docking stations, LED televisions, DVD players, digital programming, phones, safes, desks, air conditioning, linen service, blackout curtains, and in some, a refrigerator and mini bar. Private bathrooms include designer toiletries, hair dryers, and bathrobes.

Guests can enjoy complimentary wired and high-speed wireless internet access throughout the hotel. Dining options include an on-site restaurant offering fine Swiss and International cuisine, a bar/lounge, and 24-hour room service. A daily full breakfast is available for a fee.
