Cettia Beach Resort - Adults Only is a modern, luxurious property ideally situated on its own sandy/shingle beachfront along the beautiful Aegean Coast in Marmaris City Center. The resort is just steps from Marmaris Beach and offers spectacular views of the Aegean Sea. It is conveniently located close to the harbour, a few minutes' drive from Marmaris' old town, and approximately 4 km from the main town of Marmaris. Nearby attractions include Marmaris National Park (0.1 km), Marmaris Aqua Park (1 km), Atlantis Marmaris Water Park (1.9 km), and Aqua Dream Water Park (1.9 km). The resort is closed annually between November 1 and March 29.
The resort features 103 stylish and tastefully decorated guestrooms, many offering stunning sea views. Each air-conditioned room is equipped with a private balcony, minibar, flat-screen satellite TV, and complimentary wireless internet access. Private modern bathrooms include showers, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. A safe is available for a fee.
Guests can enjoy a large outdoor pool, lined with sunloungers and parasols, just steps from the beach and a private dock. The pool is heated from March 28 to May 31, 2026, and again from October 10 to November 8, 2026.
