The Knickerbocker Hotel, a legendary New York City landmark, stands reborn as the first luxury hotel in Times Square. This iconic Beaux Arts hotel, established in 1906, played a significant role in shaping Times Square's history and is known for its rumored first martini and renowned New Year’s Eve rooftop celebrations.

Located in the heart of New York City, the hotel is directly on Times Square, steps from Broadway (0.1 km / 0.1 mi) and Bryant Park (0.3 km / 0.2 mi). The New York Public Library is 0.5 km (0.3 mi) away, and Rockefeller Center is 0.6 km (0.3 mi) distant. Guests enjoy direct access to the Times Square-42nd Street Metro Station. LaGuardia Airport (LGA) is the preferred airport, approximately 16 km (10 mi) away, while John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) is about 27.9 km (17.3 mi) away.

The hotel features 330 air-conditioned rooms, each equipped with a flat-screen television with cable programming, a laptop safe, mini-fridge, and a desk.
