The Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites Waterpark is a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel and the only all-suite Holiday Inn Resort located at the entrance to the Walt Disney World Resort. Situated on 24 acres in the heart of the Orlando tourism district, the family-friendly resort is just one mile or a 5-minute drive from Walt Disney World Resort. It offers convenient access to other major attractions including Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld Orlando (a 12-minute drive), Orange County Convention Center, and the International Drive entertainment district. Epcot is within a 10-minute drive, and Disney's Hollywood Studios is 4.4 miles (7.1 km) away.
The resort features 777 spacious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom suites. Each air-conditioned suite is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, 40-inch flat-screen television with digital programming, a safe, and a desk.
