Homewood Suites by Hilton Seattle-Downtown is an all-suite hotel offering 162 guestrooms with spectacular views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Each spacious, newly renovated suite features a fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, two-burner stovetop, dishwasher, and place settings for four. Suites also include a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, one king or two double beds with Serta Suite Sleeper mattresses, a flat-screen television with cable programming, and complimentary wired and wireless high-speed internet access. Phones and desks are provided.

A complimentary hot breakfast buffet is served daily (weekdays 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM, weekends 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM), though it is currently operating with reduced service. The hotel features a 24-hour fitness center, also operating with reduced service, and guests can take advantage of discounted use of a nearby fitness facility. The business center and evening social are currently unavailable.
